Hey folks! Thank you for taking the time to check out my website. This week I would like to share with you the importance of diet to make life healthier and more enjoyable on a day to day basis.

If each day you choose to make small steps, remaining consistent, you will be on your way towards a healthy lifestyle. What you put into your body affects how your body functions. If you put garbage in, the result is excess weight and lack of energy. Most people in today’s society do not realize that they are eating a 99 percent chemical infusion complete with a caffeinated sugar high that turns directly into fat.

We need to take ourselves back to the basics of real food. A good rule of thumb is to eat food that looks like it did when it came out of the ground, not pre-packaged, not created from a factory. The crunch of zesty orange carrots, the spritz of a juicy, tart apple- all of these types of foods add to the nutrients and vitamins your body depends on for maintaining great health.
